Program Fees and Times
   
REGISTRATION FEE - $50 FIRST CHILD/$15 EA. ADDITIONAL CHILD
This is a Non Refundable fee and is due at the time of Registration.
If a child withdraws for more than 4 weeks or more for any reason,
a RE-ENROLLMENT FEE of $80.00 will be due upon return to Trinity Preschool.

SUPPLY/EQUIPMENT FEE- $60
Charged three (3) times per year in January, June and September (fee is prorated at enrollment only). This Non Refundable fee is to be paid the month charged, and is due by the 1st of the month. A $25 late fee will be assessed to the account after the 15th.

TUITION
Tuition is due regardless of student absences/illness or student holiday.
Weekly Tuition is due on Mondays.
Monthly Tuition is due on the 1st of the month no later than the 2nd of the month.
LATE FEES will be ASSESSED.

Monday - Friday 6:30 am - 6:00 pm
Includes: AM Snack, Lunch, and PM Snack

ANNUAL FEE (NURSERY 1 - 3) · $55

ANNUAL FEE (WOBBLIES - OWLS) · $75
Applied to each child upon enrollment and every August.
Includes Administrative Fee, Curriculum Fee and Cot Fee. This Non Refundable fee is to be paid August 1st.
A $25 late fee will be assessed to the account after August 15th.

ANNUAL FEE (PRE-K) - $145
Applied to each child upon enrollment and every August. Includes Administrative Fee, Curriculum Fee, Graduation Fee and Cot Fee. This Non Refundable fee is to be paid August s1 t.
A $25 late fee will be assessed to the account after August 15th.

ADDITIONAL FEES
Late Pick up Charge - $2.00 per minute/per child after 6:00pm Late Payment Charge - $ 25.00
Returned Check/ACH Return Fee - $35.00

FAMILY CHILD CREDIT
Tuition is as stated above for the first FT child in the highest grade level.
Tuition is $60.00 less monthly for the second FT child in the next grade level.
Tuition for any additional children will require to speak with the Trinity Preschool Director.
Tuition for 2nd child of Part time will receive a $25.00 credit monthly.

VACATION CREDIT
Children who have attended Trinity Preschool for 12 consecutive months are eligible for one (I) week of vacation credit. Vacation credit are requested in writing to be given at least two (2) weeks in advance and must
be approved by the Trinity Preschool Director. Vacation must be taken soon after 1st year of enrollment date
and each vacation week earned will expire after 1 year.

REFERRAL CREDIT
A $50.00 credit will be placed on your account when a new family enrolls a child(ren) and
stated in writing that they were referred by your family. The referral credit will be added to your account I month after the new families start date.

DELINQUENT ACCOUNTS
If your account is delinquent according to your agreement, a non-admit will be effective immediately. Your child(ren) will not be accepted by the teacher and will be dropped from enrollment until satisfactory arrangements are made. It is your responsibility to be aware of your account balance.
Unpaid balances will be referred for collection.

WITHDRAWAL
A written notice must be given to the Trinity Preschool Director, at least one week prior to the withdrawal date.
If this notice not given accordingly, you are responsible to pay one week's tuition upon withdrawal.
